People turned out in droves Saturday for a Gun Show in Chantilly, Virginia, to buy firearms and ammunition, but there wasn't nearly the abundance they expected to find. Gun owner Gant Zivan searched and searched for bullets for his military surplus weapon, only to find 50 rounds in the whole complex. He said he'd keep looking, though.
Experts say that the two wars, the fear of arms regulations, and beefed up law enforcement are to blame for the sales of ammunition nearly doubling from 7 billion last year to 12 billion this years.
